VM House - Unifamiliar Residence, Tafi del Valle, Argentina

 

This is a second family house in the mountains of northern Tucuman, Argentina, the client wanted a cottage style house that adapted  with harmony to the natural context, using stone, wood, and earthlike colours, the cottage intends to be a place to relax and conect with the nature, also the family wanted a design that could be flexible enough to receive friends and family, and that could be expanded in the future, to  include more rooms to host more familly members, considering that request, the design was placed as a line that could continue growing, taking into account the sanitary installations continuity, the dormitories disposition, and the social area.

In this projects I was the main and only architect, starting from the conceptual drawings, meetings with clients, preparing design proposal, making the plans and render simulations.

Producing Detailed Drawings Using Computer-aided Software.

Producing Photo Simulations Using Computer-aided Software.
