Fold house is an energy sufficient house that was produced in Porto Alegre, Brazil at a solar decathlon contest simulation that took place in UFRGS, the University of Porto Alegre.

Fold House design took into account the radiation angles of winters and summer sun in Porto Alegre, trying to achieve the most efficient surface to take advantage of sun radition for the highest efficiency of the fotovoltaic panels that would be installed in all the house extern surface.
The project is a result of teamwork involving architects and engineers with the purpose of developing a high detailed project concerning all the contest specifications and rules.
