M House - Unifamiliar Residence, Tucuman, Argentina

 

This is a house in the suburbs of Tucuman, the client is a medical doctor that wanted a modern,  open and dynamic design for her and her only son that takes the full advantages of the natural light, one of the main requests was a dynamic floor plan design, where the rooms will be easily connected one to another without losing its own independence, a house with the privacy that everyone needs and at the same time a beautiful place to receive friends and host guests.

In this projects I was the main and only architect, starting from the conceptual drawings, meetings with clients, preparing design proposal, making the plans and render simulations.

Developing Ideas Keeping In Mind Client’s Needs, Building’s Usage.

Preparing And Presenting Design Proposals To Clients.

Producing Detailed Drawings Using Computer-aided Software.

Producing Photo Simulations Using Computer-aided Software.
